Lumps, Bumps, and Rumps

Dear Babydoll,

Not sure what the rumps is for but it was all that rhymed. This entry is all about lumps and bumps though. Why? Because that's what you've been getting lately :(. You're learning to crawl, which is totally awesome in the actual sense of the world. Watching you is amazing. The way you're getting to learn how your arms and legs work and what forward and backward means - it's wonderful. Downside? It's that you're learning how to fall.

From little bumps now that you're on the floor more to really, big, scary bumps as you go from sitting into a crawling launch position even when you're too high up to do it. And mommy and daddy are just learning how fast you are. We've found the miracle of osteopathy and took you in for a series with one of Anjani's teachers.

She gave you some cranial/sacral adjustments and the last time we saw her was right after your first big fall. We figure we'll just take you to the osteopath afterwards and hope for the best. But mommy has learned that she will never, ever, never, ever, ever, never put you high up if she has to take her eyes off of you for a second! It's the floor for you baby even if it's dirty!

But dita is your friend. You've had 2 big falls, one on each side of your forehead, and we've applied the dita and you haven't had any real big bruises or anything. Your Chinese ancestry is taking the medicine well I think.

Oh, and one last thing which IS about your rump :) It's very cute and fortunately you've inherited your daddy's.

Much Love to my Fast Crawler!
Mumsy Wumsy
